Understanding Returns

When placing an order, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that all the details provided in the order are accurate.

Perfect Sound does not accept liability for products dispatched with errors made by the customer. All orders must be fully paid for before any goods are shipped.

Delivery and Handling Charges

PerfectSound offers worldwide delivery. Orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail network. Delivery and handling charges, which are in addition to the price listed for each product on this website, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping charges are determined by weight. All products are weighed to calculate delivery charges accurately. For light but bulky items, Royal Mail Parcel Force’s cubic weight is used. If the listed weight is based on cubic measurement, it will be indicated in the product information.

All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you submit your payment information.

Returns & Refund Policy

We offer an exchange for our products if the size is incorrect or if there is a confirmed manufacturing fault or defect. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with return delivery.

Defective Items

To be eligible for a replacement, defective products must be returned to Perfect Sound within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. The items will be replaced with the same product that was originally purchased.

In cases where products are irreparable or irreplaceable due to unavailability, customers will be offered a comparable product or a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

How to return your product

Before returning any products, it is required to contact Perfect Sound. Your return request will be assessed, and all essential product return details will be documented.

All returned items must be accompanied by a written explanation and a copy of the original purchase receipt.

We do not accept returns shipped collect or COD. Please send all returns prepaid to 11 Aspen Place, New Milton, Hampshire, BH25 6NX, United Kingdom.

Please report any damaged, lost, or incomplete shipments to our office promptly to enable us to reship the merchandise and file a claim with the appropriate postal service. Retain the damaged goods and containers until further notice.

Once the return is received, a replacement product will be sent out.

The replacement product will be dispatched only once the defective item has been received by Perfect Sound.
